Description: 2 skins developed on the concept art of Leon from RE2/1.5, also used on the packaging for RE: Gaiden
Installation method: well... just save the skin file that is up on this page and make it into a tim, you all know how. If not... well you shouldn't be looking at resources, you should be researching tools and tutorials.
